Terms and Conditions

  1. All transactions kept confidential.
  2. Please add $10 shipping and handling on all mail orders.
  3. All coins are guaranteed genuine and graded by A.N.A. Guidelines, Photograde, and common sense..
  4. Due to market fluctuations, prices may be subject to change. We are not responsible for typographical errors, incorrect attributions or similar errors.
  5. Immediate shipment upon receipt of cashiers check or money order. Personal checks must clear (15 banking days) prior to shipment.
  6. All sales are final. No refunds of any kind. Some merchandise may be exchanged for like merchandise within 5 days upon manager's approval. We reserve the right to cancel any sale at any time without prior notice, regardless of circumstances.
  7. A minimum fee of $50 will be charged for each returned and/or uncollected check that is returned by our bank.
  8. For coin viewing, please make an appointment. All coins kept in bank vault.
  9. All layaway transactions are considered a final sale. All deposits and payments are nonrefundable.
  10. Any accounts past due 30 days are subject to interest at the maximum legal rate.
  11. It should be fully understood by the buyer that the purchase of rare coins for investment purposes involves some risk factors. Substantial losses may occur in case of liquidation. The different buy and sell prices are normally a minimum of 10 and 30%. We guarantee no written or implied promises of profit or gain with regard to any purchase.
  12. Many coins are graded and authenticated by third party grading services. However, certification does not eliminate market risk, nor guarantee associated risks with the grading of coins. The buyer should consider the coins strictly as collector coins and any investment advice should be obtained from the buyer's own financial experts.
  13. All sales are final and all deposits are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated on this invoice. Title does not pass until merchandise is paid in full. A check does not constitute payment until it has cleared. Merchandise, until returned to and received by us, is at your own risks from all hazards.
  14. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at any time without any prior notice.
